I began practicing Iyengar yoga in 2000 under the guidance of Polish and other teachers including Geeta Iyengar, R. Grzeszykowski, Faeq Biria and Gabriella Gubillaro. My interests lie in the therapeutic use of asanas and combining asanas in order to open locks in the body. In 2007 I began regularly practicing Ashtanga Yoga and was granted permission to teach Ashtanga by my teacher Basia Lipska. Ashtanga yoga is now my daily practice. However, I sometimes use modifications and variations in order to deepen the practice and help develop understanding of the body, mind and soul. It is important to me that the practice is dependent on the needs and abilities of an individual body. Everyone has limitations that can be helped with yoga. I like to offer my students an individual practice which will nourish, improve and regenerate their body, calm their mind and balance their overall personal development.
I graduated from the Academy of Physical Education in Katowice Poland where I gained tremendous understanding of the human body and the effects of sports training. During my studies I led a two year research project looking at the use of yoga postures for students of different ages, fitness and general health levels. I also worked on developing Hatha yoga posture correction exercise programs for children and adolescents. Alongside this, I have always been interested in diet and techniques for cleaning the body. I use influences from Eastern traditions and adapt them to suit the abilities and needs of my western students.
As well as my group lessons, I am available for private and small group yoga therapy consultations.
Knock, And He’ll open the door.

Vanish, And He’ll make you shine like the sun.
Fall, And He’ll raise you to the heavens.
Become nothing, And He’ll turn you into everything.
